The Community Ownership Support Service (COSS) is a Scottish government funded programme, set up to help community-based groups in Scotland to take on land or building assets for their community.
In this video, the brief was to create an animation that helped the audience in community-based groups understand how they could transfer land or building assets into the ownership of a community group. The style of the video was to convey a cross section of characters that would represent community members and include detailed step by step processes and information.
